It covers commonly used drugs, laboratory and diagnostic tests, and need-to-know tips on physical assessment and history taking. This handy pocket guide even covers materials not found in other quick reference books, such as suturing and charting. This has to be the most useful book ever. I carry it around constantly and it answered more than one question. It’s well organized and the information is accurate but short and easy to understand. It’s perfect for a pocket guide. I was a fan of bates pocket for a long time but i’m currently loving this one.
