Great book and cases. One frustrating thing is that the kindle version does not include all of the images it seems. For instance, in the congenital disease section, X-ray findings are described but none are shown. Only the MR or CT images. Any update or solution would be very helpful as I would like to continue using this book. I will be glad to give the book 5 stars if this problem can be remedied.
