Great content but the binding is poor and there is a section that is out of order. The dermatology pictures are attached to the shortness of breath section. Not sure if this is the case for all of the books.

Good content and will be helpful in practice. I found it weird that the dermatology pictures are in the middle of the SOB chapter.
