This is great for pathology. It is not a textbook for those who are new to adult echo. I returned this book & ordered an adult echo book by Catherine Otto: TEXTBOOK of Clinical Echocardiography. The book by Otto that’s titled The PRACTICE of Clinical Echo is more along the lines of this book.

This is one of the most practical and useful books that I have read in the field.Concise,straightforward and ilustrative.
