As all editions this is a good book that demystifies clinical methods for the undergraduate. Lots of nice diagrams and pearls. Perhaps some emphasis on what is commoner and what is less common is the only aspect that I felt could be improved upon. I have been in practice in medicine for nearly 40 years and have been teaching for more than 30 years. I still buy every new edition that come along. A delight to see the continuity of what Dr.Hutchinson wanted to share with refinements in the modern context of practising both the art and science of medicine..
