He was on the radiation oncology faculty at UNC-Chapel Hill and Mayo Clinic, and is now Professor, Department of Radiation Oncology, Wake Forest University. He teaches medical physics graduate students in the WFU Departments of Biomedical Engineering and Physics.

It is extensive in the explanation of how such systems are used clinically, and it covers most of the devices offered by manufacturers today.
