The leading guide in otolaryngology – invaluable for board review or as a clinical refresher
For more than four decades, K.J. Lee’s Essential Otolaryngology: Head and Neck Surgery has been the premier national and international guide to otolaryngology. The eleventh edition of this classic reference has been thoroughly updated to bring you up to speed with today’s practice of otolaryngology.
This concise, easy-to-follow book presents the latest clinical information to help you treat the wide range of conditions involving the head and neck or prep for board review. It is organized to allow for quick clinical recall and high yield review of the field’s must-know information.
Good fairly concise information for review, but bullet points/lists are sometimes poorly organized. ie: Header or main bullet point for next section is sometimes jumbled into the last list, so you could potentially confuse facts about two separate disease processes..
great review for boards/inservice. More informative and logically organized than others. Has the right amount of info to be useful while not overload. Also nice that each chapter has key clinical points and a few review questions to test comprehension. Large section of pearls to review before exams at the end as well. Weaknesses would be facial plastics section and radiology. Lalwani has a pretty good ENT radiology section.
