This book contains good information. I have not taken my boards yet but feel pretty well prepared. I will say this book contains a lot of typos. Be careful when checking your answers because it may say the answer is option B but when you check the explanation of the answer it will repeat exactly the answer from option A. If you are not careful you may think the wrong answer is correct and have the wrong idea in your head. I have studied from three different sources and can usually catch it when they show a wrong answer. Overall I would say this is a good book but I would use other sources of study as well.

I studied this book from front to back multiple times until I was completely comfortable with the material. I took the exam yesterday and I only recognized about half of the questions from this book. I had to rely on experience or complete guesses with the other half of the questions. I was sure I was going to bomb the test but luckily I passed. As other reviewers have mentioned, do NOT study this book alone. It has great information, but not enough. If you don’t already have experience with mammography, I especially suggest using additional study material. I think my experience over the past year helped me answer the other half of the questions that were not in this book.
