Using USMLE world Q bank is almost certainly a better preparation. Some of these questions are decent enough, and they happen to have a lot of them. You might want to consider buying this at a bargain price, which I managed to acquire in good condition, and only if you’ve already exhausted your USMLE world Q bank – and that would be tough since repetition of the same questions is always best – gets the principles hammered

Its easier than USMLE world, has more mistakes and is quicker and shorter too. Perhaps OK to get some general information tested.

Long-story short: if you’ve already bought it or need something cheaper than USMLE world then use it, otherwise use USMLE world.
