This is a nicely written, well organized quick reference text for the practicing physician, or resident in training. I was impressed by the amount of clearly presented practical information. Definitely a good book to check for a quick suggestion for response to a clinical situation. I wish there had been a book like this one when I was a resident.

Covers 90% of questions on differential diagnosis and recommended follow up for each common occurrence that differs from normal care.
