I am a sports medicine fellow. I was hoping this would be a useful for improving my physical diagnosis knowledge and skills. It really isn’t great for this purpose. It has a lot of tables about sensitivity and specificity for given maneuvers, and not enough emphasis on how to perform the maneuvers and approach to given complaints.

I used this to help supplement my OCS studying back when I took the test. Now I’ve used it for PT student interns in the clinic and it has been a good resource for them to use. I like how I’m each body part there is information to help with differential diagnosis and talks about different test clusters.
