I was really excited to see this book and was looking forward to incorporating this into my course. Although this book has some great starting points for case studies they are not really “unfolding” case studies. There are a few questions for each scenario but these are not longevity case studies. The answers for each section are unnecessarily confusing to locate as each case within a section has the same denotation and there are no rational for the questions that are posed. The book is also poorly edited. In only reviewing 2 of the scenarios there were 2 errors: one a wrong answer and the other the resources listed are a completely different content from what is being reviewed. I emailed the publisher and have yet to receive a response. This book has great potential and hopefully the next edition will be better.

I went through one chapter of this book before I printed a return lable. My bad as I should have read the description better. Overall disappointed. Its all over the place. Hated the format. I need questions, not two sentence case studies with a question or two with a ton of websites to access. I just don’t have that amount if time on my hands. This book is a total waste of time and money. I returned it two days ago.
