I can’t say this is my favorite resource for microbiology or immunology, but it is useful to read certain explanations of bacteria or viruses. I find myself reading mostly the Lippincott Illustrated Reviews, more to the point and still have all the important information.

Wish I knew about this book earlier. Everything clinically relevant for mico and imuno in one short and concise books. Also has practice questions at the end of every chapter.
