If you understand heart failure, you understand cardiology
This book applies practical clinical concepts to the latest four-stage model of heart failure from preclinical risk and early asymptomatic disease to classic symptomatic heart failure and finally advanced heart failure. This framework emphasizes a tailored approach to ongoing heart failure assessment to guide therapy and improve outcomes.

I enjoyed learning the four stages and capabilities,of the treatment procedures of heart failure. This book provides a layman a comprehensive understanding of the disease and its treatment. This is best book I have read on the subject. To me, it was worth the purchase cost, and the book is a keeper.
Very informative and easy to understand in layman’s term, even though book is essentially written for students in college learning about the 4 states of heart failure. Outlines each stage of heart failure, symptoms, what to expect, tests, and outlook.
