Simple, easy to read, comprehensive and complete. A really good book for beginners but also for the experience researcher wanting to go back to basics and review concepts.

In today’s society epidemiology and health prevention is the foundation stone for public health matters and is fundamental to a healthy population, this book covers concepts and good practice that informs policy decisions for evidence-based medicine. This is shown throughout this book by categorizing risk factors for disease and establishing targets.
