Great book and well writteb, but useful and practical measures missing in many instances. The book is really for UK based practice which is structured with all the supportive services in place. Not quite relevant to practice in more resource poor settings. The Tropical Medicine book much more relevant in that respect.

As a GP myself, I have to say this is one of the best GP books I have found. It talks about almost everything we could hope to see in a GP book and gives pointers to additional content elsewhere.
