Very good, comprehensive but concise guide through basic medical sciences. Useful bridge between basic and clinical sciences. Especially, must-have for students beginning clinical subjects – it will ease switching from pure theory to practice.
This is a great little book for a whistle stop explanation of various different topics involved in medical science. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone revising for exams. However, if you need a quick introductory explanation to a topic that will give you a general idea of the topic before doing inept reading it’s not a bad option.
