I bought this book to help me write my soap notes while in nurse practitioner school. Although the book is listed as “family medicine,” it also includes OB, peds, derma, ortho and psych. This book was very helpful to me and my teachers always complimented me on my work. I have recommended this book to other students.

This is a great book for FNP students. It is helpful for common diagnoses. I needed something to help me in my pathophysiology class where SOAP notes were required. This definitely helped with many of the case studies.
