My clinical preceptor recommended this book to help with writing the SOAP note, and it has done just that!! I am in a nurse midwifery/women’s health NP program and this book has come in handy!! Would recommend this book to anyone looking for help writing their SOAP notes!!
If you were about to start clinical rotations please get this book, just skim through it before starting clinicals and it will give you an idea based of a patient comes in with presenting symptoms you know what to look for and what to assess and went to rule out highly recommend
