I got this updated edition after I saw the previous edition that belonged to a clinical pharmacist I worked with. It was pretty concise, yet gave enough information. This one is ok, but the idea that the digital chapters weren’t included in the printed edition to make it fit in a white coat just does not work in my opinion. There is less to the physical heft of the book, but it is still too cumbersome to place in a white coat comfortably. I’ll use pocket medicine for that. I like referencing a hard copy, so I found this to be pretty annoying.

Great at glance of what to expect for therapy treatments. Has a breakdown of dosing as well, testing and rationale.
