Comprehensive in most areas, glaringly deficit in others for example carcinoid tumors, more aggressive nhl variants, bladder preservation ,neo- adjuvant breast in the her2neu + patient . Some of the chemotherapy regimens are outmoded and in some common cancers such as breast there is a dearth of regimens .Certain chapters could be eliminated or consolidated eg Nutritional Support and a chapter addressing rarer neoplasms or clinical scenarios added. Overall I would definitely purchase the book again as it is well organized ,reads well and is of utility in the areas in which it is comprehensive.

Complete, well written book with all informations you need to know about medical oncology. But the print is too small to read.
