Most chapters are very helpful, being both comprehensive, clearly written and well referenced. However a few sections seemed not to cover the whole of their heading topic, especially noted in the chapter on diabetes, which was mainly on type 1 diabetes, and did not cover the associations of type 2 diabetes as well as I would have hoped.
