⭐ I used this textbook to better prepare for my pulmonology course during my second year of medical school. The sections on COPD and emphysema are well written and were very helpful to my understanding of the conditions. Additionally, the sections on lung radiology were very thorough and immensely useful to my studying for my course exam. I would highly recommend this textbook to any other fellow medical students seeking a thorough understanding of respiratory medicine.

⭐ Clearly written with good use of tables with comprehensive illustrationsI am a GP and I found this book very useful during teaching sessions with our F2 and ST1-3 trainees. Not only did they learn but I was much clearer in my understanding of aetiology, diagnosis and management.The chapter on asthma, COPD and spirometry interpretation has been particularly well thumbed!

⭐ This well written textbook covers the breadth of respiratory medicine and would be an extremely useful source for trainee doctors on a Respiratory ward as well as all physicians who undertake unselected medical on calls. As a clinical pharmacologist i found the “Pharmacology chapter” an excellent refresher of the basics.
