⭐ I bought the kindle version of this book. I would definitely recommend the hardcover version. The first few chapters weren’t that helpful but I found that as the book progressed it became more useful. It was a good resource for charting purposes (ie here are 10 abnormalities for this system and their general description). The pictures (and there were a lot of them) usually helped illustrate the abnormality. There were times that I felt the book went way to in-depth on certain aspects and other times where I felt it glossed over certain concepts or procedures that I wish it would have covered. All in all, I would give it 4/5 stars. Maybe not worth the $30 I paid for it, but if you could find a used copy for 10-20 it’s worth the extra help.

⭐ This book is great! It takes the complicated parts out of health assessment. It includes tricks to remember landmarks, etc. The photos are extremely helpful in explaining different examinations. I’ll use it for years to come.
