⭐ Can’t recommend this one. Too much misinformation.Like cancer is a genetic disease. Nope, the DNA mutations are downstream of mitochondrial dysfunction. It’s really one disease, not hundreds.Like Calories in/Calories out and exercising is how you maintain weight. Nope, the body has too many ways to adjust to fewer calories in. It’s primarily an issue of hormonal imbalance from a bad mix of the macronutrients.Like low or unsaturated fats are the way to go. Nope. Low fat as a rule is bad, and when considering unsaturated fats you need to avoid most of the Omega 6 fats. There’s good information in the book, but unless you already know it (and therefore know what he says that is wrong) or are using the book as a refresher, it could is likely to be confusing or damaging. Same nutritional misinformation that the Australian dietician community dispenses.
