⭐ I have struggled with EEG during my residency. This is a superb book written in a very simple way. The best to start with. ⭐ I have the pleasure of working with the author himself, and I can tell you he knows what he’s talking about. I call him the God of EEG. This book is well written, easy to understand and the information provided doesn’t make you want to scratch your head and say “huh”? I have his autographed hard copy at home, and I have a copy I made here at work with me. I find myself reaching for it often, when I encounter something I haven’t seen in a while. With the new anti seizure medications and the lack of clinical episodes, we don’t get to see as many “fun” things at work anymore. Dr. Hughes’ book is a great tool to have, as it quickly gives you the information you’re looking for when your mind needs to be refreshed. Buy it ASAP, as you can’t always find it, and they are no longer printing it. You won’t regret it. I promise. ⭐ thumbs up ⭐ As a child neurology fellow, I can’t begin to describe how this book has helped my understanding of EEG. It is easy to read, understandable and concise. By far the best book I’ve read on the topic.
