⭐I was very disappointed that I received a paperback text instead of the advertised hardcover. This textbook is about 2 inches thick so I am worried that a paperback edition will not last the next 5 years that I will be using this textbook.

⭐Brand new book in shrink wrap. Apparently I received a bad binding as the section I needed for my class 5 weeks into the semester is missing. Book skips from page 242-307. It looks like a brand new textbook otherwise. Amazon customer service is excellent, but I’ll still end up behind in class.
