⭐This book is an outstanding resource for men with advanced (hormone-resistant, metastatic) prostate cancer. The author, Dr. Moyad, is a highly experienced and well-recognized expert in the field of prostate cancer. Most of the books about prostate cancer provide information about earlier stages of the disease and have little to offer about advanced prostate cancer. This book fills the gap by giving the most recent information about possible treatments and those under development for the advanced stage of the disease.

⭐I like the thorough treatment of options for treatment, or control, as I think he would say.I like the open discussion of the side effects of each treatment.I like that he makes it plain that at this stage it is not going to be cured by what he knows about, but he doesn’t leave it there he explains what now.I like his explanation about the limits and benefits of health supplements and healthy living.

⭐Great book with a lot of good information. Would recommend it to anyone looking for more information about prostate cancer.
