This book was a great disappointment. The preview looks great, but the complete book does not meet expectations. It is very nicely formatted, but pictures are small (2-3.5 inches wide). There is a combination of clinical pictures and histologic pictures for each entity, but virtually no explanation for the entity–just bulleted points for each entity, no arrows to point out specific items.
