Using this in my RN-BSN course. I have to say I had no issue with my ADN pathophys course, plus I am already an RN so I did not expect to be so confused by this book. Concepts are explained poorly, and leave out important details. I am a visual person, I love pictures and illustrations. If that is you, you will be disappointed. There are very few illustrations, and the ones featured lack things that I feel should be included. I tend to prefer Google to complete my homework, rather than dig through this book.

Good intro book. The writing is clear and directs you to more detailed info where appropriate. Easy to get info from even if you are not great and reading straight from a textbook.
