Loved this book – it was great even for individuals who don’t plan on becoming physicians. The terminology and situations seem to place you right there in a crisis situation. Great for a rush and to get a first-hand glimpse of what doctors and nurses really go through.

While this review book is concise and has lots of useful information, it is severely flawed. First, there are numerous typos, which gives the impression that no one edited this book. There are typos in every chapter and many chapters with multiplet typos within a given section. Then, there is some information that is flat out wrong (e.g., tumor lysis syndrome causes hypophosphatemia).
