This is a comprehensive atlas textbook on robotics of chest surgery. Preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative management are covered with several photographs and color line drawings of the procedures. Anesthesia, positioning, and portal anatomy is described. The instrumentation, robot stations, and step by step approaches are well covered. Anterior, middle, posterior, superior, and inferior compartments of the mediastinum are described. Thymectomy, esophagectomy, hiatal hernia, lobectomies, diaphragm procedures, gastrectomy, bypass, Nissan fundoplications, and other operations are covered. The operative steps are very well illustrated throughout the textbook. Complications and their management are discussed well. I recommend this book to surgeons and trainees.
