⭐ There are many errors littered throughout this book making it difficult to know what is actually correct. The answer explanations would normally be a godsend, but when the answer explanation is inconsistent with what the “correct” answer is listed as, I ended up questioning my actual abilities. I wish I would have never purchased this book. There are so many great resources available online for free that are better than this book.

I’ve never been terrible at math, but when I started preparing for the GRE, I’d been out of school for 6 years, and had only taken one math class in college, so it was a daunting task. This book helped tremendously by breaking down all the content on the exam into digestible sections, discussing both the relevant concepts and strategies, and providing realistic, in-depth practice questions that simulate what’s on the real exam. I found that some of the other books on the market were too “fluffy”, just discussing general strategies, or too technical, never providing insight into how to take the actual exam, but this book was the best of both worlds. Highly recommended to anyone looking to improve their GRE quant score!

⭐ This is a fantastic book for learning the necessary Verbal content and strategies tested on the exam. The Text Completion and Sentence Equivalence chapters give an in-depth overview of the proper approach toward the questions and the traps the test-makers construct, and the RC section really helps you get into the head of the test-makers and understand their logic. The questions in the book are realistic and a great supplement to the official materials made by GRE. Highly recommended!
