⭐ I was excited to find this book which covers an important overlap area between neurology and rheumatology, and the title seemed promising. When it arrived I was startled to see how thin the book is. Far from being “comprehensive” as claimed in the title, it comprises a rather brief introduction to each of the covered topics. I had scheduled some time off and expected to spend the better part of a week reading this book but instead it took less than 2 days. The chapters are well-chosen and each is clearly written with only a few errors in a table or chart here and there. Each chapter is well-referenced and relatively up to date. It’s just too darn short! This book could easily and should have been twice as long. Hopefully there will be future editions featuring much more thorough discussions in each chapter.

⭐ Excellent review of a burgeoning field written by the top experts! This is an invaluable resource for Neurologists and rheumatologist alike.
