⭐ I bought this book several years ago, and the 11 th edition is already listed on the publisher’s web site. The 9th edition is listed as having 2272 pages but the FREE pdf of the 9th edition has 1139 pages. I hope that Amazon will carry the 11th edition loose leaf at the publisher’s listed price at $130.66. ⭐ Although the international edition was not what I intended to get, it is wonderful. The explanations are clear and concise, and the information is up-to-date. The new sections show the expanding realm of microbiology. The study guides are helpful, and make sure you are prepared for the next section if it builds on the information in the current section. Linda ⭐ Great informative book but a lot of info crammed onto the page. ⭐ My daughter needed this for her class and I could send it straight to her at school ⭐ I really like the book it’s very straightforward and concise . ⭐ I enjoyed it ⭐ Really good book, in excellent conditions. It came really late, for that, I won’t give the 5 stars. ⭐ My microbiology professor relies on this book to teach his class, so if your professor relies on this textbook, I highly recommend it. There’s fun diagrams, and I find it relatively easy to read. The down fall of this book is that there is A LOT of information, probably more than you would ever have to know about microbes, unless you’re majoring in microbio. ⭐ necessary textbook ⭐ Great book good breakdown
