Description

BRS Gross Anatomy presents a concise review of human anatomy for students in medical, dental, graduate, physician assistant, physical therapy, and other health science programs. Condensed descriptions, full-color illustrations, and concise outline format combine with board-style questions and a comprehensive exam at the end of the book for a comprehensive, clinically relevant review for USMLE and other board exams in health-related professions. Although in summary form, coverage is similar to standard textbooks for human anatomy courses

User’s Reviews

Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐it’s informative but too long

⭐AWESOME book to supplement my step 1 studying with… Easy to follow outline form with images, diagrams, radiographs, etc. It shipped and arrived pretty darn quick too!! I bought a brand new one from JVG Books LLC on a Sunday and it was here by that Wednesday, three days later. Super easy and WAY cheaper than the prime price. Great book and buying experience!

⭐This is a very accessible and efficient anatomy book and what I would recommend first to any medical students. I find class and lab much easier if I first read the BRS book and try to get a basic overview. The biggest strength of this book is a review that helps integrate muscles, nerves, vessels, and actions, while also giving clinical correlates.

⭐Anatomy lab, classes and atlases were all great to get the anatomy language down but I need something to help me study for the written portion of the test. This book provided comprehensive review and clinical problems to help focus my study beyond just memorizing body parts.P.S.- It also probably helped so much since Chung teaches at my med school.

⭐Excellent book to read for review as well as during class. The kindle version is well formatted and the books are well organized. They do not have many pictures to help show or explain things. The USMLE First Aid Series does a good job with visual aids if you want those in your guide.

⭐Really detailed book. Great for medical school or dental school! It provides great test questions at the end of the chapters. Would recommend this to any student who is going into the medical or dental field.

⭐Well if you really hate your textbook then go ahead and confuse yourself with this book.

⭐Used this as a supplement for my gross anatomy course. It was good, logically layed out and easily accessible. The figures were helpful and reading this saved a lot of time compared to Grey’s for Students. Overall worth the money.

⭐very good value for money.

⭐Condensed reading to consolidate readings right before a test or just in general. Helps a ton with it’s clear and concise way of writing.
