Chuck gives the reader insight and strategies that must be taken into account when designing a workout program for your patients or clients. If you want to make a difference in someone’s life through human movement, Chuck’s book entails that. Chuck Wolf has taught me to look at the body as a whole, not just one segment of the body. Observe, gain feedback, and know the “WHY” in human movement is essential in the fitness industry.

⭐This book delivers. Chuck Wolf provides a foundation of precise anatomy from a more functional viewpoint than you may have studied. Anatomy illustrations are excellent. He follows this with an approach to functional assessment and training that includes new insights into stretching, recognizing how fascia contributes ( Flexibility Highways). Functional strengthening programs and movement training are easy to understand and enhanced with many illustrations.This book is very well written and I liked his frequent alternative explanations that help “the lightbulb come on”.Marilyn R., P.T.
