⭐This review applies only to the Kindle ebook version that I purchased. Text itself is excellent. However, you CANNOT access the videos from the ebook. When I followed the publisher’s procedure for accessing the videos, it only allows access to 2 chapters and says I need to purchase access to the rest! I wasted 45 minutes talking to publisher and got nowhere, being told that my ebook does not include the videos!! (the description online says it does) Possibly the videos work better when buy the paperback version??? In the ebook version of Critical Care Ultrasound by Levitov and Mayo, the videos work perfectly from within the ebook.

⭐It’s hard to improve upon the first edition, which is already a classic amongst many hospitalists that are starting out POCUS. More topics, clear, concise and yet thorough explanation for all topics. The online version also has many very helpful videos.Nowadays on the internet we are innundated with so many POCUS teaching websites, and it’s hard to know which one is realiable. If you have this book, you will consistently get the highest quality POCUS reference available.

Excellent explanations and a SUPERB video collection, with insuperable illustrations.The ultimate point of care ultrasound for everyone interested. I have been using and studying ultrasound for almost a decade (mostly in critically ill patient) and this is the best book I have come across with, with knowledge accessible for all levels of expertise. The electronic video library is remarkable and an invaluable learning and review resource

⭐One of the best books I have used for POCUS. Concise and clearly written with a good number of useful images/videos. Authors did an outstanding job in describing US techniques and providing up-to-date evidence-based rationale without making the book a boring read.Probably one of the best books to have for those interested in trying POCUS.P. S The ebook that comes with the purchase is well organized and easy to use

⭐The book content is fantastic. Beautiful illustrations. Well written. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the kindle version does NOT come with access to videos. In addition, to add it my Elsevier Expert Consult library, I had to call customer service at Elsevier.If I had access to video, I would give the kindle version 5 stars.

⭐Great book overall. Wish it did a little more to discuss troubleshooting when having a difficult time getting an ideal window. Far more focused on interpretation with very little text dedicated to actual image acquisition. Still, a nice resource to have. The eBook with US videos is great!

⭐Great book, Great videos, good choice for beginners!

⭐Awesome book. Well written and easy to use. Online access is also very handy. Some online videos can be better quality though.
