Reviews
This book provides a very basic, over-simplified summary of basic genetic concepts and a handful of the most common genetic diseases. In some cases the oversimplification causes the information to be inaccurate, and in others it’s completely wrong. I think this text would work well for a high school environment, but its use beyond that and especially for any course educating PAs/NPs/Physicians this text should be avoided if possible.
