A very comprehensive book aimed primarilly at medical students but has a helpful layout, lots of bullet points and illustrations accompanying the text which would make it an interesting reference guide for lay readers also. It is quite specialist and obviously relies quite heavily upon medical terminology. It is also aimed at those with access to a smart phone and online capabilities to get the full benefit out of this aide so that is a consideration also. Really well balanced and informative though.
