This is THE IV med book I have relied on for as long as I can remember. So has the hospital where I work. It has vital info for pharmacists particularly for diluting meds and rates of infusion, in addition to all the other info. It is not a pocket sized book and if it was all that important info wouldn’t be there. I carry it with me anyway when not in the main pharmacy.
