Rathwr shocked when this tiny flimsy book arrived after payong £36 for it! Had to apologies at home for wasting sooo much money. An interesting read in places. Treatment pages now out of date as 2013. New meds & guidelines out. Certainly NOT worth £36 hard earned pounds
