⭐This is a nice collection of photos.The text would benefit from at least some words regarding management of the presented conditions or details about the prognosis.

⭐Excellent interesting book. Delivered from India during 7 days by FedEx, no additional import fee was taken. The book is as described, 2nd edition, good quality colorful pages.
