The Neurology of Eye Movements provides clinicians with a synthesis of current scientific information that can be applied to the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of ocular motility. A major innovation has been the development of an option to read the book from a compact disc, make use of hypertext links (which bridge basic science to clinical issues), and view the major disorders of eye movements in over 60 video clips. ⭐Many medical textbooks merely describe the clinical features of eye movement disorders. What I enjoyed about this book was that the authors provide excellent descriptions and explanations of eye movement disorders. The explanations of why these disorders occur provided me with a depth of understanding that I did not have prior to reading this book. The chapters on eye movement physiology, anatomy and clinical disorders are very comprehensive, well written, up to date and well referenced. The book is also offered on a CD-ROM with videos of eye movement disorders. I strongly recommend this book. As a neurologist, this book will be very useful for my clinical practice.

⭐The definitive guide that has major implications in treating concussion and vestibular rehab patients….dry and hard to read…like guyton, but the experts in eye movement.

⭐Not much to say except the book came in great shape. It’s very detailed and not for the beginner, but critical if you really want to get this stuff.
