A systematic review to identify and descriptively compare medication recommendations among low back pain (LBP) clinical practice guidelines (CPG). Nine guidelines were analyzed, finding that NSAIDs were the most frequently recommended first-line pharmacological therapy for both acute and chronic LBP.
