This study evaluates the current variability in curriculum and training opportunities for adolescent sexual health education within Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) fellowship programs. Based on survey responses from fellows and program directors, the article concludes that a standardized curriculum is necessary to improve training regarding sexual health, STI prevention, and unintended pregnancy prevention for adolescents visiting the emergency department.
