Description

This study introduces a new nine-step two-level surgical technique for the simultaneous treatment of presbyopia associated with refractive errors using LASIK and corneal inlay implantation. Testing the procedure on five patients, results showed significant improvements in uncorrected intermediate and near visual acuity (UIVA and NDVA) at three months post-operatively. The technique was found to be safe and effective, with no complications or necessity for inlay recentering or explantation.
