Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐I believe this is a must have if you’re studying for the CS. Really detailed general information and orientations about the test, but most of all really useful cases broken down. Everything from:- Doorway Information.- Example of Checklist that the SP probably has.- Advices for the examinee during the history taking & physical exam.- Manners taken into consideration by the SP.- Example of closure for each case.- Space to create your PN of the case.- An Actual PN of the case to compare it to yours.Everyone has their own way to study, so in the end it’s up to you to determine if this is useful. I believe t’s a great guide to role play w/ a study partner and to use as a guide to practice and refresh the different maneuvers you should perform in different cases. It has helped me to feel a lot more prepare to take the CS. Anyway, wish me luck and lots of luck & blessings to you guys as well.

⭐Kindle Version: Do not buy the Kindle version. The software is frustrating and limited for navigating eTextbooks. The images are not optimized for zoom, and the whole experience of reading and reviewing a textbook on a Kindle or PC is the most frustrating and time-consuming study method ever devised. STAY AWAY FROM THE KINDLE VERSION!

⭐I ordered this to read the week before my exam. I read through 85% of it and felt like it was just okay. Some of the differentials/labs were random and completely unnecessary. If you have good background knowledge and have done well on OSCEs, I would say get it just to appease yourself. Read through it casually, but I would not say this book is gold.

⭐All you need for STEP 2 CS. Probably even way more than you need. If you are an American MD student and paid attention to differentials for the past couple years, the medicine part of the test should come naturally to you, and this book can help you brush up on the details on any areas you feel deficient. The key areas to review are social issues and how to take a good social history, as a major component of the exam is understanding medical problems in this social context. Good luck.

⭐Absolutely love it, a must buy book!!!It’s clear, precise, and concise in all chapters and sections. No erratas so far.I don’t think anyone would need anything more than this book for his cs exam preparation. The book was delivered on time and in a perfect condition and packaging.Content are as good and easy to read as First Aid for USMLE STEP 1 2015ed

⭐Great for students who are preparing for the USMLE Step 2 CS exam. Make sure to practice with a partner in person if possible or through skype, in person is obviously better so you can practice Physical Exam techniques. It helped out a lot for test day and I passed with great scores!

⭐There are not many resources for the STEP II CS. I suppose, it is because this book covers everything that one needs to know for the USMLE II CS.

⭐Lots of good cases for review before CS, but it also has a lot of repetitive or superfluous information. As an American medical student, I skipped large portions of the book that were geared towards international students. It is pretty long, but the repetitive nature of the cases make it a pretty quick read.

⭐As described. Arrived on time.

⭐So,I got this from medessentials. Excellent service,I must say. Got the books (this and core cases step 2 cs) way before the anticipated date. The book per se is brilliantly written.I owe my step 1 and step 2 ck to first aids and kaplan.Hope i pass cs too!

⭐This book is the best. Everything is well organised in this book. Esp the minicases allow you to develop lot of differential of the chief complaints.

⭐It’s a good book, has so many useful things such as sort cases with DD, has a very good history approach and some points on what to ask the Pt, I used it for NAC OSCE exam and it was very helpful.

⭐Product just as described
