Good book. Errata: the new guidelines for active phase of labor is > = 6cm dilated, whereas this book is outdated and still recommends 4cm. Not nitpicking, its on the shelf and all the Qbanks, so its definitely something you need to know. Otherwise, as usual, CaseFiles is awesome. ALL the cases are awesome. Maybe a definition or 20 extra that we don’t need to know but still, its there for completeness sake. Wish I could give it 4.5 stars, because its not quite 5, but is a little better than 4. FYI For the shelf do the ACOG/Uwise questions x2, this book x1 and you should easily honor it. Oh, and UWorld of course.
