⭐I’m a Canadian pharmacist preparing to write the FPGEE to practice in the US. I’ve only been out of school for a few years but certainly needed a refresher on basic PK/PD principles and pharmacology of major drug classes. I’m absolutely loving this book so far. The PK/PD is explained in very easy to understand terms, and I have a much better grasp of basic pharmacological principles. My only regret is not buying this book sooner when I was in pharmacy school, would have helped immensely preparing for exams. This book has reminded me how much I enjoy the science of pharmacy!
⭐On time and in new condition. Everything I was hoping for.
⭐I can’t give it enough reviews. This is a good read, gets to the point..won’t put you to sleep.LIR…This is one of the best series of science books that does exactly what the LIR stands for ” Illustrated Reviews”. Doesn’t use overblown words. Not dumbed down….just connects the dots.
⭐tons of information, tons of illustrations, colorful figures, explanations, diagrams, comparing tables, chartsorganized and detailed !!!!!!
⭐It is an easy to read pharmacology book. This book may not be right for you if you are looking for more detailed information
⭐Dis product seems to be very informative for all those in the beginning of pharmacology and also is a good revision…..
⭐Bought it for advanced pharm, used uptodate instead the entire class. What can I say….
⭐I wanted to change the review for this book since I have since learned to view this book as an introduction. I use it as a stepping stone for learning about select drugs then my more in-depth text for elaboration.
⭐I’m always would like this book
⭐I like the old edition and that is why I bought the new one. The new edition is waste of money. More money with no significant updates. Many new approved drugs are not included in this edition. Some protocols are old. For example, in hepatitis B drugs, they did not mention tenofovir which is the first line therapy since more than 5 years.
